Concept
Imagine a classic drive-in theater setting. Now add live-broadcast events, digital surround sound, classic cars, car hops, theme programming. Then extend the image to include a drive-in restaurant, history exhibit, memorabilia shop, miniature golf, and car wash.

The result is Drive-On-In’s vision for the Las Vegas entertainment facility.

Modern-Aire will be known for its unique atmosphere, clean premises, and excellent customer service. The intense focus on the overall customer experience results in a positive and more importantly, memorable, customer impression.

Modern-Aire’s target market is families who appreciate better value for their dollar. Modern-Aire preserves the special, and now quite rare, aspects of a night out at the movies. Admission pricing is affordable so that patrons don’t think twice about taking the whole family.
